Some clients, after obtaining their personalised assessment, which will be established according to their capacities and the recommendations of the health manager, receive an adapted sports programme, allowing him/her to target the areas of the body to be worked on.
The sports coach will also be present to elaborate, if necessary, a programme for those clients who wish to have a complete off-balance sheet and will ensure their follow-up during their stay.
A wide range of equipment will be made available to cater for the sporting activities.
