The agricultural estate spans 8 hectares and includes an orchard, an herb garden, and fruit trees.

The estate has about ten beehives for domestic production.

The biodiversity of fauna and flora on our estate is essential for ensuring a sustainable and balanced ecosystem. All our initiatives support and encourage this biodiversity.

We are committed to sustainability and energy self-sufficiency. Residues from our crops and organic waste are composted and used to enrich the soil of our plantations. This practice not only reduces waste but also improves the fertility of our soil biologically.

Our future autonomous energy center will feature solar energy, heat pumps, and a steam turbine. These energy sources will be fully completed and installed by the opening of the second part of our hotel, projected for late 2025 to early 2026.

Our wells are carefully managed to prevent the depletion of the groundwater table. We regularly monitor water levels to ensure responsible extraction, guaranteeing continuous rational water management.

The orchard is abundant with oranges, tangerines, various types of lemons, pomegranates, olive trees, quinces, grapefruits, bananas, peaches, apples, and figs.

From our aromatic garden, distillation unit, and almond presses, we produce essential oils, oleaginous oils, and hydrosols. These are used in our range of unmodified products as well as in our cosmetic and spa creations.

Soon, our estate will be enriched with new aromatic and fruit plantations, including jasmine, thyme, and avocado trees.

We are preparing to acquire a significant additional amount of agricultural land within a 500 km radius of our estate, covering an area of 200 to 500 hectares by the end of 2026.

The organization of the estate's plantations is characterized by a harmonious arrangement of vegetation. Whether it’s citrus trees, fragrant plants, or cuttings, everything is done to create a captivating visual appeal.
